Storage Fees

• 1.5% per month to delay invoicing (1% for revenue; 0.5% for space rental).
• 0.25% per month additional charge if required to keep under power.
• If allowed to invoice, first 30 days no charge.  After 30 days, 0.5% per month for storage.
