Internal Programs
Our “Piece of the Puzzle” program allows employees to earn points for perfect attendance and working safely. Points are redeemed for merchandise, travel, apparel and paid vacation days.
“Power Up Your Life” is our employee wellness program which encourages healthy eating, activities and lifestyles. Employees enjoy healthy snacks at work while participating in weight loss, exercise and tobacco cessation programs provided by the company. Lectrus also subsidizes fitness center memberships for employees and their families.
By working with other companies to reuse or recycle, Lectrus has reduced landfill waste by more than 50% since March 2009. We expect even greater results as our internal programs expand.
